Acceptable Use Policy

• Use Sageon to break any law (UK or otherwise applicable)
• Infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy or other rights
• Upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, harassing or obscene
• Process special-category personal data (health, race, religion, etc.) without appropriate lawful basis and notice
• Send spam or unsolicited communications via Sageon
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or extract Sageon's source code
• Scrape, harvest or extract data beyond your own organisation's
• Probe, scan or test Sageon's infrastructure security without prior written permission
• Interfere with the service for other customers (DoS, rate-limit abuse, etc.)
• Resell or sublicense Sageon to third parties without our written agreement
• Misrepresent yourself, your organisation, or your authority to bind an organisation

You must not use Sage AI to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or designed to deceive
• Create deepfakes, impersonation content, or non-consensual intimate imagery
• Generate content intended to harass, threaten or defraud individuals
• Produce political disinformation or election-influence material
• Bypass the safety controls of underlying AI providers (Anthropic)
• Process inputs you don't have rights to (copyrighted content, others' personal data without consent)

Sage AI usage is rate-limited to 20 messages per user per day. This is a hard limit, not a courtesy - excessive automated querying or attempts to circumvent the limit will result in suspension.

Other parts of Sageon have implicit fair-use limits documented in our pricing tiers. Abuse may result in throttling, suspension or termination.

If we believe you've breached this policy, we may (in order of severity):

1. Contact you to clarify the issue
2. Suspend the offending action or content
3. Suspend your account temporarily
4. Terminate your account permanently
5. Report to relevant authorities where required by law

For serious or repeated breaches we may skip to termination without notice.
