30 Day Control Sprint

30 days, one team or one function

  • Remote kickoff, then a working session every week
  • The controls put in place, not written up as a recommendation
  • Reporting your board can read without you in the room to explain it
  • One or two AI assisted workflows built, tested and handed over
  • Two live training sessions, so it survives after I leave
  • Recorded handover and a final report on what moved

Scope is agreed before it starts. Anything beyond it is priced upfront, never discovered halfway.

Who it is for

UK technical businesses of roughly 10 to 100 people. Software companies, engineering consultancies, specialist technical SMEs. It works best where you already run on Microsoft 365, Teams or SharePoint, because there is something to improve rather than something to install.

The usual trigger: projects slip and nobody can say why until it is too late to act, and reporting takes longer to produce than to read.

Who it is not for

Anyone wanting a project manager on the payroll, or a body to sit in every meeting. I sell finished pieces of work, not my availability.

I take two engagements at a time, which is the honest limit for one person doing the work rather than selling it. Meetings run in UK business hours.

Who you are hiring

I'm Blake. Eight years leading complex project delivery in defence and technology, and the Royal Marines before that. MSc in Management and Project Management, MAPM.

That matters more than it sounds. Nothing is subcontracted, nobody junior is learning on your project, and the person in the discovery call is the person who writes the report and runs the workshops.

I build software, not slides about software.

Sageon runs two live products of its own, in the App Store and on Google Play. Both are built, shipped and supported by me. When I say an AI workflow can be made to work in production, it is because I run two of them.
